BizSnipe provides software for discovering, ranking, reviewing, and monitoring domain acquisition opportunities. Rankings, scores, alerts, dossiers, and recommendations are informational tools, not guarantees of value, traffic, revenue, search performance, or auction outcome.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own acquisition decisions, bids, budgets, legal review, trademark review, and use of any domain you buy. You agree to use BizSnipe lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service.

No investment or legal advice

BizSnipe does not provide legal, financial, tax, trademark, or investment advice. Domain data can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. You should independently verify any domain before bidding, buying, redirecting, developing, or monetizing it.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but BizSnipe may change, pause, or discontinue features. Auction timing and alert delivery can be affected by external systems, connectivity, and user configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BizSnipe is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for lost profits, missed auctions, domain purchase outcomes, search ranking changes, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion by emailing hello@bizsnipe.com. We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or billing reasons.
